we are all given limited strength, physical, mental,emotional. life will (more thn once) push us pass our limits, some people try to deal with it themselves, but after some time life will push again and the person will fall flat on their face thinking (where did i go wrong?). we need to understand that we are only human, and as humans we are a LOT smaller thn life. we need help. how you get your help is up to you, now i've herd people say that they don't need help or that they found there help, it just stopped working, if you think you've found your help in life but you're still trying to hang yourself, thn your help sucks. but if you've found your help and it REALLY works, thn GREAT for you, life is full of problems and questions that can worry us and hurt us if we don't work them out, its ok to ask questions and its ok to try to find the answers! that why we have brains and curiosity, its there for a reason! i've found my help from the bible, the first thing that got my intention in the bible was LUKE 11:9-10 "9 And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.

10For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened." i understand that some people don't like the bible, but we need to be open minded to the things that offer us help, but NOT BLINDLY! we should question it and try to prove it wrong and if we can't thn and ONLY thn we can base our lives on it. now im gonna write some verses down hear that help me with life if you don't want to read them thats fine. MATT 16:26 "for what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?" PHIL 4:13 "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." PROV 27:1,4-6 "Boast not thyself of to morrow; for thou knowest not what a day may bring forth. 4 Wrath is cruel, and anger is outrageous; but who is able to stand before envy?
